What is your return policy?
Due to our products being made to order, sadly we cannot offer a refund or exchange. However, if your product is faulty please do get in touch and we will offer a replacement.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer email gift cards from £20 and up. Please use the contact page to discuss your requirements with us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including PayPal and Apple Pay. You will be asked at the checkout which method you would like to use.
What is made to order?
Products that are made to order are made specifically for each order we receive. As a result of this, it can take up to 2 weeks for these items to be shipped because it is being made especially for you. As well as making personalised orders, we use 'Made to Order' to prevent stock waste in line with our ethical and sustainable ethos.
